At a time when the aviation security industry was recruiting and wanting to ensure consistent skills levels in its employees, this project produced RPL/RCC kits for 11 units in the Certificate II in Security Operations, customised for aviation screening officers. The project worked to tight timelines and with close oversight from a national stakeholders’ steering committee, who reviewed the resources through a password-accessible website.
