This three-year project involved the design, development and delivery of non-accredited training to Education Support staff in primary and secondary schools across Victoria. The client required evidence of the effectiveness of the training so an evaluation strategy was devised to gather both quantitative and qualitative data regarding participation rates and transfer of skills into the workplace.
Methodology included phone interviews and online surveys with participants one month post-training. Close communication was maintained with the client throughout the project, and reports were compiled twice annually.
